“Even the smallest piece of wood is valuable when we want to use the tree trunk respectfully”.  — Thomas Dinesen from Dienesen flooring

STICK BOX is the pavilion project as the prototype using the smaller moduled timber made from forest thinning and leftover wood of lumbering which aren’t regarded as an architectural material. By using the modular system, the bunch of sticks can be transformed in any shape from a pavilion to a X’mas tree. The design was selected as one of the five finalists for Chart art fair’s annual architecture competition, addressing the theme ‘LIVING CITY’.
